Lizette Chacon, LLMSW

As a bilingual therapist (English & Spanish), I am passionate about helping people heal through difficult times, from past trauma, grief, and loss, as well as the different challenges one could be facing. I understand that no single approach works for every single individual, therefore I use an eclectic approach to treat each patient’s needs.

As your therapist, I am here to support you, as well as help you learn and grow throughout the process of healing. I understand the value of having someone listen to you, to be in a safe and non-judgmental space, and to feel validated.

My educational background includes a Bachelor’s in Human Development and Family Studies and a Master’s in Social Work from Michigan State University. I have training in Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACE), trauma’s impact on the body, grief, and loss, along with many more.

I look forward to meeting with you.
