Cindy Ahmad, LMSW

I am committed to helping people find the best in themselves during difficult situations. Life transitions can impact us with anxiety, depression, employment stress, grief and loss, secondary trauma, and trauma. I know one size does not fit all but I believe that there is hope through healing wounds of the past by having someone listen to your experiences without judgment in a safe space while finding the courage to navigate these changes.

I graduated from Michigan State University with a Masters’s Degree in Social Work and continue to give back to my profession by helping individuals find their path.

I have been trained in Burnout, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Depression, Grief and Loss, Mindfulness, Self-Care, and Trauma.

My role in therapy is to help you find your strength to overcome what has been holding you down (or back) from allowing your best self to emerge.
